Under special circumstances, a partial payment may be made; partial payments are subject to the same refund provisions as full payments. These policies are applied without exception.
In the event someone cannot attend a training for which they have registered, the Participant needs to inform ChicagoEFT that they will not be attending by the morning of the training. Refunds are provided as follows:

For trainings where the total fee is lower than $50, a full refund will be given minus a 25% administration fee.
